The location is perfect for skiing and just a short walk to the hot springs. The parking can get tight, especially at night, which is a hassle. Room was clean and modern with great amenities. The breakfast had a good variety, but the hot tub was lukewarm and not very inviting.

The breakfast is a feast with eggs, waffles, and all the fixings. The location is perfect, just a quick stroll to boutiques and hot springs.
The walls are paper-thin; you'll hear everything from the hallway.

Friendly staff and the breakfast has a great variety. We heard loud barking dogs throughout the night. Location is close to the hot springs and nearby golf course.

The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The room had a nice view and the pool area was great for the kids.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it’s still reasonable.

My room was so spacious and clean, I felt right at home! The breakfast spread was delicious, with so many tasty options to choose from. Plus, the indoor pool and hot tub were the cherry on top of a perfect day!
Strongly recommend 🥰🏖️

Great breakfast and indoor pool. Noisy neighbors and dated hallways.

Comfortable beds, cozy room with a welcoming staff that went out of their way to assist us when we had a noisy room, plus a convenient location that made exploring the area and visiting nearby attractions such as Yampah Spa and Iron Mountain Hot Springs effortless.
Everything was spot-on.

The room was spacious and had a nice, clean bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfy, with several plush pillows that made sleeping a delight. I noticed some hairs on the sheets upon arrival. The noise level was concerning; doors slammed loudly, and there was traffic noise throughout the night. The temperature control was adequate, keeping the room comfortable. Despite these issues, the breakfast was extensive and flavorful, with a variety of options including scrambled eggs and biscuits. Amenities were decent, but I suggest better attention to cleanliness and maintenance for a more enjoyable stay.

This hotel is conveniently a stone's throw from downtown Glenwood Springs and within easy walking distance of the hot springs, vapor cave, and countless great restaurants, making it an ideal base for a weekend of exploration; plus, the property offers a comfortable breakfast with plenty of tasty options like oatmeal and waffles to fuel your adventures. However, while the rooms are fairly quiet and well-kept, the beds could use some improvement for side sleepers.

Conveniently located near hot springs and downtown, there's no shortage of options here. The breakfast? Exceptional. Colorado-style green chili stood out, pairing perfectly with huevos rancheros. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed—adequate for mid-June warmth. be aware: excessive scents lingered, perhaps due to cleaning products. Staff was accommodating, quickly changing our room due to noise. Cleanliness appears prioritized, but some communal areas are showing age. A notable drawback: misleading kitchen details; ventilation is crucial for cooking, and that was lacking. The pool is disappointingly small for a property this size. Improvements are essential—especially for longer stays. This place has potential, but it needs careful attention to detail.

Optimal selection for strolls in Glenwood Springs with good value for price. Breakfast had enough options.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to explore the area. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, adding a cozy touch to our holiday. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast provided a good start to our days.
Our experience was not without its drawbacks. We found the indoor pool to be uncomfortably cold, which was disappointing.

We were so bummed when we found out our room didn’t have the full kitchen we were promised. Just a cooktop and no ventilation? Totally ruined our dinner plans for my wife’s birthday, making us splurge at a pricey restaurant instead.

The breakfast was huge, with waffles, pancakes, eggs, cereal, pastries. The staff all around were great, and the room I stayed in was both comfortable and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the hot springs, perfect for those looking to unwind and relax.
The parking situation was less than ideal, with a limited number of handicapped parking spaces available causing inconvenience. the Wi-Fi was unreliable, requiring daily reprogramming of room keys.

The variety of options, including eggs, potatoes, sausage, chili. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the nearby hot springs and shopping areas. One thing we were disappointed with was the lack of communication from the staff at check-in. Genisis, the front desk attendant, seemed uninvolved and failed to inform us about the room cleaning policy. It was frustrating to return to a dirty room without towels or toiletries. The inconsistent service continued throughout our stay, with issues like a noisy room next to the elevator and a delay in receiving fresh towels. the location of the hotel was convenient for accessing nearby attractions like the adventure park and hot springs. We appreciated the effort made by some staff members, like Sarah, who helped us when we were struggling to find transport to the train station. there were some areas that could be improved. The lack of grass for pets and the uncomfortable mattress were notable downsides. the small indoor pool was disappointing, and the unsanitary breakfast situation with children serving themselves was concerning. La Quinta has potential, but there are clear areas for improvement in terms of communication, cleanliness, and guest services. With some adjustments, it could offer a much more enjoyable and comfortable stay.

I explored Hanging Lake Park and had a blast hiking up Capitol Peak. The free WiFi helped me stay in touch. Attended the Manager's Reception, where I socialized with other guests over some snacks.
Fun times, except for the noises keeping me awake—shhh, roof, shhh.

Great location, delicious breakfast, and affordable rates. The hot tub and pool area could use some maintenance, but overall I had a nice stay. The room was comfortable and clean, making it a good value for the price. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided at Plaza Hotel. The staff, especially the front desk manager Sam, were friendly and always ready to assist. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of a park for my dog to enjoy. a great experience with a welcoming atmosphere.
The area designated for pets was small and unappealing, which didn't justify the high fee. Additionally, the hotel appeared a bit worn with tattered wallpaper, grubby paint, and missing baseboard in some areas.
Good
